Sihle Yonela Sokuto is an award-winning video editor with a strong and versatile body of work spanning television, branded content, short-form campaigns and long-form storytelling. Having developed her career at Left and now represented as a freelance editor, she combines the creative instincts of a storyteller with the experience of working in a fast-paced, high-end post-production environment. Her portfolio includes projects for leading brands and broadcasters such as SuperSport, KFC, Nedbank and Nando’s.

Sihle is particularly skilled at shaping compelling narratives from complex material, finding the emotional core of a story and translating creative briefs into engaging, polished work. Comfortable collaborating with directors, agencies, producers and clients, she brings a calm, detail-oriented and reliable approach to every project. Her work has been recognised with Gold and Silver Promax Africa Awards, as well as a Silver Pendoring Award, reflecting her commitment to consistently delivering exceptional editorial work.
